Bo Ssäm and Oysters!

Chang’s culinary innovations have earned him rave reviews from professional critics to hobbyist foodies alike and placed him on Time magazine’s 2010 list of the world’s 100 most influential people. We love to know that our oysters are being served by chefs who treat their craft with such care and creativity!

For those of you who can’t get to NYC to try our oysters at the Ssäm Bar (through we highly recommend that you do!), then this recipe can help create the experience.
